We only ship and deliver orders in Canada.

 

Processing and Shipping Time

In normal conditions, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please NOTE that the processing time is different from the shipping time.

 

Shipping / Delivery Time:

We ship from Toronto and Montreal, and your location may affect the transit time of your order.

Estimated processing and shipping time: 2–6 business days.

 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (This is unless we offer free shipping).

 

Preorder Shipping Time:

Please note that any product that is marked as "Preorder" usually can be fulfilled and shipped in longer time of (7-15) days.

 

In-store Pickup

We offer a free local pickup at our storage after placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout. Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

 

Our in-store pickup days and hours are:

Fri-Sat-Sun-Tue-Wed 1-6 pm
